Refund policy

At Prithvi Orgeniks, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic powders and eco-friendly cow dung products. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged during shipping.
The product is defective or unusable upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used:

Ayurvedic Powders
Anti Radiation Mobile Chips
Herbal Powders
Cow Dung Cakes
Cow Dung Diyas
Cow Dung Incense Sticks
Dhoop Cups
Any customized or made-to-order products
Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The refund will be completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Replacement Policy

We are happy to provide a replacement instead of a refund when:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product is defective.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved:

We will provide return instructions.
Customers should not return products without prior approval.
If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
